Guidance Residential was a Diamond Sponsor of the annual MAS Convention in Chicago in December 2025. With an anticipated attendance of about 50,000 people, the convention offered inspirational talks from speakers like Imam Omar Suleiman, Dr. Haifaa Younis, Imam Suhaib Webb, and Dr. Yasir Qadhi. Visitors to our booth and our session learned about Islamic home financing and a brand new investment offering from Guidance Investments for accredited investors.

Guidance Residential sponsored the 62nd Annual ISNA Convention near Chicago Aug. 29-Sep. 1, 2025 - one of the year's biggest events with speakers like Zaid Shakir, Suhaib Webb, Siraj Wahaj, Yasir Qadhi and Tamara Gray. Our Senior Vice Presidents Hussam Qutub and Abdessamad Melouane spoke in our session about myths and facts about Islamic financing and down-payment assistance for homebuyers.

ICNA Baltimore May 2025

Guidance Residential was a platinum sponsor of the ICNA Convention in Baltimore in May 2025. Tens of thousands of Muslims gathered to explore the theme "Standing Strong: An Identity Rooted in Faith." Thousands of people stopped by our booth, and two of our senior vice presidents presented a session on Islamic finance rooted in faith.

NOVA Home Buyer Seminar at ADAMS - Sep. 2025

Guidance Residential welcomed a packed house for a homebuyer seminar at the ADAMS Center in Sterling, VA, in September 2025. More than 500 people turned out to hear from CEO Kal Elsayed, shariah board member Yusuf Talal DeLorenzo, and Imam Mohamed Magid. Attendees learned how an Islamic mortgage works and how to find assistance programs to help.
